Position Summary
The Senior HR Manager will participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This role will lead functions related to recruiting, training (including performance management and enforcing company policies and practices.
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, they will partner with the Director and team members to drive day to day operations in support of employee relations, using developed recommendations focused on improving processes and positively impacting over all business performance and HR team metrics. This is a temporary position to fill in for a maternity leave that will last from June 2021 - November 2021 (estimation).
Location
This is a remote position from a suitable home office with a private and quiet area to work. Secure internet and reliable phone reception are required. This position requires frequent phone and internet meetings. Certain home office expenses may be reimbursed. A work computer will be provided.
Hours
Full-time, 40 hours per week. We are a West Coast-based company and applicants must be available during normal business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday). The exact schedule may be arranged upon hire. Occasional weekend hours may be required with advance arrangement.
